My physical well being i rate at a 6 and the reason why is because I am not in the kind of shape that I was say 6 months ago. I just stopped working out, no reasons I just stopped. The problem now is the getting back on track it is always easier to just not work out. I guess I can look at this as laziness, I know what to do I just don't have the energy to do it.
My spiritual well-being, well I can not rate that very high i am going to say 4. I at one time in my life would rated my spiritual life at a 9. I have gone through many different trials in my life the last 10 years and i have allowed theses trials to interfere with my spiritual growth, sad to say, however I am in the process of seeking spiritual awareness once again,
My psychological well-being, this hard because I have just recently lost my sister to cancer so i have been on a bit of an emotional roller coaster so at this point and time I would rate it at a 5. I am not sure what to say on this subject except that I have been feeling very out of sorts and a bit lost without her.
I will continue this blog further in the coming days.
Hi Mistie,
ReplyDeleteI think it is fair to say that you have had a lot going on lately and it is easy to see that when our psychological well-being is challenged, especially with a painful loss, it can challenge the strongest spiritual well-being and of course spill over into our physical well-being. Just don't forget that you do need the time to grieve your loss and with that said when you feel ready to take the next step in healing, whether the physical, psychological or spiritual comes first, it is a step in the right direction. Remember, you cannot run a marathon without taking the first step. I will be praying for you :). I hope you have a wonderful week!
Mistie, I enjoyed reading you blog! I understand that just stopping when it comes to exercise. I use to do that often. Now, I never stop! I got tired of trying to get myself back where I needed to be. I have learned to control things better instead of trading "addictions". It seems losing your sister, getting away from a spiritual life, and stopping your exercise program may have all came at once or close to it. Sometimes we just get "out of balance" because of life circumstances. I know losing your sister has been very difficult and your are experiencing normal feelings. We as humans are selfish and want our loved ones with us here, on earth. Just know she is out of pain, living in peace, and cheering you on as you live out your life on earth. Finding your spiritual connection again may help you through this, which will encourage the other aspects of your life as well.
ReplyDeleteHang in there, you can get everything back in balance, one step at a time:)
Jeanie
Hello!
ReplyDeleteSorry about the lost of your sister. It is hard to stay balance when such tragedies occur in our lives. Don't beat yourself up healing takes time. One advice I can give to you is to don't hold your emotions in continue to speak on this with friends and family and through prayer and in due time you will begin to heal in all aspects of your life.
Best Wishes!
Jade
